For any AV equipment rental, wired Internet and electrical needs (not included with your tabletop), please download the following form and submit them with payment to the Westin Copley Place Boston Hotel.

Shipping and receiving is handled directly by the Westin Copley Place Boston Hotel. With completion of this Shipping Form, the Hotel will be able to deliver your packages to your table before you arrive to set up once payment has been arranged.
