Networking with Speakers

October 3, 2017
10:35am - 11:20am
Grand Ballroom

One of the best ways learn is to network with your peers. This session will provide an opportunity to meet speakers and attendees who have similar pop health challenges and discuss solutions to those challenges.

Here's how it works:

Speakers will be stationed at different tables in the ballroom. Sponsors and attendees are strongly encouraged to circulate and speak one-on-one or in groups with individual speakers. The speakers have been assigned different topics, but other topics can also be addressed. Mingle, share and learn in this interactive environment.

Available speakers and topics will be:

  • Joyce Komori, Director of Comprehensive Care Coordination for Population Health Management at UCLA - Care Coordination
  • Naveen Raja, Medical Director for Accountable Care, UCLA - Care Coordination
  • Sue Schade, Principal, StarBridge Advisors - mHealth
  • Yulia Kogan, Director of Information Technology, Northwell Health
  • Cliff Frank, Chief Executive Officer, Shore Quality Partners - Care Coordination
  • Joe Antos, Wilson H. Taylor Scholar in Health Care and Retirement Policy at the American Enterprise Institute (AEI) - Economics of Healthcare
  • Ben Cleveland, Data Scientist, UnityPoint Health - Data & Analytics
  • Rhiannon Harms, Executive Director of Strategic Analytics, UnityPoint Health - Data & Analytics
