Organizations across the country are working to improve on their ability to deliver value-based care. A multidisciplinary team approach to the planning and delivery of this care model can result in a robust set of clinical expertise to improve patient outcomes. However, few organizations consider including diagnostic ancillary services in their value-based care strategy. In this session, we will discuss the importance of adding these resources to your population health program, including specific operational and technical steps that can be taken to integrate diagnostic services into your strategy.
